MCP (AI Assistants)

Sinfonia MCP lets you query and operate your Account by talking to an AI assistant. Instead of opening screens and filtering lists, you ask “what failed today?” or “why hasn’t the payroll bot started yet?” and the assistant fetches the answer straight from Sinfonia.

It uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard supported by the main AI clients: Claude (Desktop, claude.ai and Claude Code), Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor, VS Code and others.

What you can do

  • Query bots, executions, the queue, agents and triggers.
  • Diagnose failures: the assistant reads the error and the end of an execution’s log and explains what happened.
  • Monitor operations: success rate over recent days and the state of your agents.
  • Operate: run a bot, or pause, resume or stop an execution, always at your request.

Everything happens within your Profile’s permissions: the assistant can only see and do what you can already see and do on the platform.
