Tools and permissions
The assistant picks which tool to use based on your question. You don’t need to know their names, but knowing them helps you understand what is possible.
Permissions
The MCP has no permissions of its own: it follows your user’s Profile in Sinfonia (see Users). If your Profile can’t do something on the platform, neither can the assistant. On the authorization screen during sign-in, the permissions your Profile lacks are flagged.
Read tools
They only query data. Nothing is changed.
| Tool | What it does | Main parameters | Profile |
|---|---|---|---|
listar_bots | Lists bots with release version, available versions, language, mode and default agent. | nome (part of the name), limite | All |
listar_execucoes | Lists started or finished executions, newest first. | status, bot, agente, desde, ate, limite | All |
listar_fila | Lists pending executions, in the order they will run. | bot, agente, limite | All |
consultar_execucao | Shows an execution in detail: status, times, duration, error and end of the log. | id_execucao | All |
listar_agentes | Lists agents with status and CPU, memory and disk usage. | status (online/offline), tipo (agente/docker_host) | All |
listar_agendamentos | Lists triggers: schedules (cron), Watcher and Cloud. | bot, agente, tipo (cron/cloud/watcher) | All |
resumo_dashboard | Summary of successes and errors per day, with success rate. | dias (1 to 90, default 7) | Admin and Dev |
consultar_logs_agente | Shows the end of an agent’s log. | agente | Admin and Dev |
The execution status filter accepts: em_execucao (running), pausada (paused), sucesso (success), erro (error), parada (stopped) and erro_conexao (connection error). Date filters (desde, ate) accept YYYY-MM-DD, hoje (today), ontem (yesterday) or a number of days such as 7d.
Write tools
They change the platform’s state.
| Tool | What it does | Main parameters |
|---|---|---|
executar_bot | Queues a real execution of the bot. | bot (required), versao (default: release), agente, parametros, label |
acao_execucao | Pauses, resumes or stops an execution. | id_execucao, acao (pausar/retomar/parar) |
Warning
Write tools should only be used when you ask explicitly, for example “run bot X” or “stop execution 4512”. Questions like “check whether the bot is OK” are answered with queries only. Even so, most clients ask for your confirmation before calling a write tool: read the request before approving it.
Ready-made prompts
Some clients (such as Claude Code, via /) show ready-made prompts from the server. They use read tools only.
| Prompt | What it does | Arguments |
|---|---|---|
diagnosticar_falhas | Gathers the failed executions in the period and explains the causes. | periodo (optional: hoje, ontem, 7d or YYYY-MM-DD; default hoje) |
resumir_operacao | Summarizes the current state: agents, queue, running executions and recent failures. | — |
investigar_bot | Analyzes a bot: versions, triggers and recent execution history. | bot (required) |
Security
- The assistant only accesses your Account, with your user.
- Your password and verification code are typed on Sinfonia’s pages, never in the AI client.
- Execution logs are treated as data: instructions written inside a log are not followed by the assistant.
- To revoke access, remove the server from the client. The session also expires on its own after 24 hours.
